Nix STARS• Admittedly cypher positive to say about this business. We used their UHaul services nigh ane year ago and have been fighting a woman (who won't disclose her name except she's 'the manager') for our render deposit this entire past year. For an entire yr she stated they didn't have our eolith considering 'we don't keep that kind of cash around here.'
32 Dollars is what we were owed.
32 stinkin' dollars.
We ended up talking with customer service at UHaul who reached out to this 'managing director' and they got into it, and the U Booty customer service was hung up on past this lunatic managing director. Long story short, once district managers were involved our problem was IMMEDIATELY resolved. Stay clear of Lok It Upward Storage. Skank hole.

Exercise Non trust this identify with your stuff! Your stuff is NOT secure here. The facility is broad open to burglars and thieves, and there is no real security present. No cameras and no fences. My units were located in the dorsum, were out of sight, and easily cleaved into by burglars who cut my security lock off with a cut wheel. They had at with my stuff, and I am out around 8 one thousand dollars.
The owner Stephanie, didn't care and actually avoided the majority of our calls, and didn't intendance to brand annihilation correct. During the Sheriff's Department'southward weak investigation (at that place is a suspect who pawned some of my stuff hours subsequently, only the Sheriff's Dept doesn't care either, merely I digress, that's another review to exist written) they found a stolen car in one of the empty units.
To make matters worse, a week later, the bad guys came dorsum and broke into another unit of mine that had nothing of real value. They hit other units as well, and many people are out of a lot of money. It is obvious that they don't even practice any security checks daily. This business totally flies past the seat of their pants. They had no interest in making annihilation correct. They only do non care. They won't intendance about your stuff either. They but take your money and employ it in whatever way other than putting information technology back into their business.
Seriously...buy a fence and some cameras. I used them for the convenience since I lived close to them, but I have learned a lesson. I will accept any other future business to a place that invests in security and doesn't leave their customers hanging. All in all, later replacing what I could that was stolen, I am out around fifteen g dollars. I can't stress enough that this identify sucks. Doesn't assist that a trailer park and RV park are located correct next to the business organization. It was such a relief when I pulled my stuff out of their facility, and am and then happy to be out of in that location.
